1. Services Provided
Shine Mobile Detailing offers professional mobile detailing services for luxury vehicles, including interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and other related services.
All services are performed at the customer’s preferred location within the greater Virginia Beach area. Services must be scheduled in advance, and availability is subject to change.
2. Booking, Deposits & Payments
Customers can schedule an appointment via phone, text, or online booking. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. For larger jobs (paint correction, ceramic coatings, or any service over $500), a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of no-shows but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment within 14 days of the original booking.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Any additional services requested during the appointment may incur extra charges.
3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows for standard appointments (under $500) are subject to a non-refundable fee of 50% of the booked service price.
For customers who paid a 30% deposit for larger jobs, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward a rescheduled appointment within 14 days. If we arrive at the service location and are unable to perform the service due to lack of access, a no-show fee may apply.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure access to the vehicle at the agreed-upon location and time.If the service requires water or electricity, customers must notify us in advance if these resources are unavailable.Customers should remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing items.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Service Limitations
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.Some stains, scratches, or damages may be beyond repair. While we use professional-grade techniques and products, we cannot guarantee the removal of all imperfections.We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or mechanical issues.
6. Liability & Damages
Our technicians take the utmost care with every vehicle. However, Shine Mobile Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or aftermarket modifications. If any accidental damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue.
7. Weather & Service Delays
We may reschedule appointments due to severe weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, extreme heat, etc.) that could affect service quality or technician safety.If we anticipate a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
8. Marketing & Promotions
By booking a service, customers agree that before and after photos of their vehicle may be used for marketing purposes unless they specifically request otherwise. Customers may receive promotional emails or SMS messages, but they can opt out at any time.
9. SMS Messaging Policy
Customers who opt into our SMS messaging program will receive updates, appointment confirmations, special promotions, and service-related notifications.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. 10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of VA. Any disputes or claims must be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in a VAcourt.
